A Winning Approach to Decision-Making in English Football

On June 8, The Guardian published an article offering an enlightening perspective about decision-making in sports. The article, “Taking the emotion out of decisions is the way forward at a football club,” was written by Jason Stockwood, chairman of Grimsby Town F.C., which plays in English Football League Two. I found it especially interesting because Stockwood explained some useful implementations of strategies against resulting, the tendency to judge a decision based on its outcome rather than its quality.
